How L’Élite holds the information you share with the house — as a sender, a recipient, a member or someone writing to us.

L’Élite is a floral house in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit https://www.leliteflorist.com, create an account, reserve a gift, open a gift page, or send an inquiry.

Account and membership. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the identifiers those services share with us, typically your name and email address. If you apply for L’Élite Privé or private client access, we also hold the details you include in that application.
Reservations. We collect sender name, email and telephone; recipient name, telephone, address and postal code; delivery date and window; card message; whether the gift is anonymous; and what you asked us to send.
Inquiries. Wedding, event, corporate and membership forms collect name, email, telephone, company where relevant, and your message.
Gift pages. Recipients who open a gift link may see the composition, message and, unless you chose anonymity, the sender’s name.
On-device storage. Your bag is saved in the browser so you can continue a selection. After a reservation, a local record of that gift may remain on your device so you can return to the story.
We use this information to run the house: to consider membership, fulfil and confirm reservations, compose and deliver flowers, produce card messages and gift stories, answer inquiries, keep account history for approved clients, and improve the experience of the website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Only what is needed to operate. That may include our hosting and database providers (including Supabase for accounts and records), Google or Apple when you choose to sign in through them, and delivery partners who need an address, telephone and recipient name to complete a drop.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the house, our clients or the public.
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the session. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies on the site.
The bag and some reservation details live in local storage on your device. You can clear them by clearing site data in your browser. Signing out does not by itself empty the bag.
We keep reservation, inquiry and account records for as long as needed to fulfil the work, support returning clients, meet legal and accounting duties, and resolve questions about a gift. Gift links remain available while the record exists, unless we retire them.
If you ask us to delete your account or a record, we will do so where we are not required to keep it.
We use reputable infrastructure and limit access within the house. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Please treat gift links as private correspondence.
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to close an account. Recipients may write to us about a gift that names them. We will need enough detail to find the record and to confirm we are speaking with the right person.
You may decline cookies that are not required by refusing them in your browser, noting that sign-in will not work without session cookies.
The website is intended for adults arranging gifts and celebrations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the house or the law changes. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
