L’Élite is a floral house in Vancouver, British Columbia. The website at https://www.leliteflorist.com is an invitation to the collection, occasions, corporate programmes, weddings and L’Élite Privé.

By using this website or placing a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue.

Some parts of the house, including checkout and certain editions, are reserved for approved accounts. Applying for access does not guarantee approval. We may accept, decline or withdraw access at our discretion, including where we cannot fulfil a request to the standard of the house.

You are responsible for the account you use to sign in, including access through Google or Apple. Please keep those credentials secure.

A reservation on this website is a request to send L’Élite. Client Services confirms availability, delivery and payment privately. No card is taken on the website.

A reservation is not complete until the house confirms it. Prices shown in Canadian dollars are indicative until confirmation. We may contact you to adjust date, window, composition or total where necessary.

We compose and deliver within Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Addresses outside our service area, incomplete details or restricted buildings may delay or prevent delivery.

Delivery windows are estimates. Someone able to receive the gift should be available. If we cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, we will contact the sender. Additional attempts or a return to the house may incur a fee, which we will discuss with you first.

You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient name, telephone, address and postal code. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by incorrect information.

Each piece is composed by hand from seasonal stems. Photographs describe a style and presence, not a fixed inventory of varieties. We may substitute flowers of equal or greater quality to honour the design when a stem is unavailable.

Cut flowers are living material. Once delivered in good condition, we cannot be responsible for how they are kept, displayed or how long they last in a particular room.

Card messages and gift stories are provided by you. You must not include anything unlawful, harmful or misleading. We may decline a message that is inconsistent with the house.

Anonymous sending conceals the sender on the recipient-facing gift page. The house still holds sender details so we can fulfil and support the order.

A gift link is intended for the recipient. Anyone with the link may be able to view that story. Please share it with care.

Because work begins with the composition, changes and cancellations depend on how close we are to the delivery date. Contact Client Services as soon as you can. Confirmed orders cancelled too close to delivery may not be refundable in full.

If we cannot fulfil a confirmed reservation for reasons within our control, we will offer a replacement date, an alternative composition, or a refund of amounts paid to us.

Inquiries for weddings, events and corporate work are conversations, not bookings. Proposals, deposits and production schedules are agreed separately in writing with the house.

Content, photography, wordmark and design of this website belong to L’Élite or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

The site is provided as a presentation of the house. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. On rare occasions a price, size or availability shown online may be incorrect; confirmation from Client Services prevails.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of British Columbia, L’Élite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed occasions arising from late or failed delivery where we have taken reasonable care.

Our total liability for a reservation is limited to the amount you paid us for that reservation.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts in Vancouver have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you another forum that cannot be waived.
